It’s winter. Cold, dark, ‘we’ve-got-at-least-three-more-months-of-this’ winter. During this frigid Ohio season, I take pleasure in simple things like warm socks, afternoons spent sledding with my children, the steady light of my oil lamp and of course, comfort food.

And what’s more comforting on a cold day than a bowl of steaming hot soup?

In this spirit, and in honor of National Soup Month (January), we hereby declare next week (Jan. 10-14) Homemade Soup Week at Lehman’s.

Be sure to check our blog each day for soup making tips, awesome recipes and special featured products to help you simmer a perfect pot of steaming goodness.

Soup’s on!
